• Do not upload an identifiable person unless you have the necessary rights, notices and permissions.
• Do not use the service to create non-consensual intimate, sexual, humiliating, harassing, political endorsement, employment, credit, insurance or other sensitive-context depictions.
• Do not use generated outputs to deceive viewers into believing that a person endorsed, wore or appeared in something when that would be misleading or unlawful.

Intellectual Property

• Do not upload product photos, model photos, brand assets, logos or catalog images unless you have the required rights.
• Do not use outputs in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, design rights, publicity rights or contractual restrictions.

Illegal or Harmful Use

• Do not use Vtry AI for fraud, phishing, scams, unlawful advertising, counterfeit goods, illegal products, harassment, hate, abuse or security attacks.
• Do not bypass safety filters, rate limits, payment controls or technical protections.
