Terms of Service
Rules for using Vtry AI accounts, subscriptions, credits, uploads and AI outputs.

Scope
These Terms apply to access to and use of Vtry AI, including accounts, subscriptions, credits, image uploads, AI generation, downloads, support and related services.
If mandatory consumer rights apply to you, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account and billing information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account or workspace.
- You may not share, resell or misuse access unless a written agreement or plan expressly allows it.
Plans, Subscriptions and Credits
- Paid plans may renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
- Credits are allocated according to the plan or purchase shown at checkout.
- Credits may be consumed when a generation job is started, submitted, completed or otherwise processed by the service.
- Unused credits may expire, reset or be limited according to the plan description shown at purchase.
AI Output Variability
AI-generated results may vary. Output quality can depend on image resolution, lighting, pose, garment visibility, angle, body position, prompt quality and other input characteristics. Sample outputs do not guarantee identical results.
User Content and Rights
- You keep ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights needed for Vtry AI to operate the service.
- You grant Vtry AI the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, store and deliver uploaded content and generated outputs for the service.
- You confirm that you have all rights, permissions and consents needed for uploaded people, garments, products, brands, photos, logos and other materials.
- You are responsible for ensuring that commercial use of generated outputs complies with intellectual property, privacy, advertising, consumer protection and platform rules.
Prohibited Use
- Do not upload identifiable person images without the required permission.
- Do not create misleading impersonation, non-consensual deepfakes, harassment, adult sexual content, illegal goods, fraud, deceptive endorsements or unlawful discriminatory content.
- Do not infringe third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights.
- Do not bypass safety systems, abuse promotions, create duplicate accounts to avoid limits or interfere with the service.
Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation results or compatibility with every input image, browser, device or third-party platform.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, infringes third-party rights, involves fraud, causes chargeback abuse or may expose Vtry AI or others to legal risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
