How to cancel a Vtry AI paid subscription and stop future renewals.

Workspace owners can cancel a paid subscription from the account billing area. Cancellation schedules the subscription to end at the end of the current paid billing period and stops future renewals.
Cancel by Email
You may also request cancellation by emailing [email protected]. Include your account email, workspace name if available, subscription plan and invoice or payment reference so we can identify the contract.
Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
- Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Credits may expire, reset or stop renewing according to the plan terms.
- Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
