Data We Process
- Account data, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers and workspace settings.
- Billing data, such as plan, invoice, payment status and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
- User content, such as uploaded person images, garment images, product images, prompts, generation settings and AI-generated outputs.
- Usage data, such as credit balance, generation jobs, timestamps, support requests, device information, IP address, log files and security events.
- Cookie and measurement data, where used and where legally required consent has been provided.
Purposes and Legal Bases
- To provide accounts, subscriptions, credits, AI generation, storage, downloads and support under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- To process payments, invoices, tax records, fraud checks and legal compliance under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, debug errors and improve reliability under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To send product updates or marketing communications where permitted by law or based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- To run optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies where legally required consent has been obtained.
Images, People and AI Outputs
Vtry AI processes uploaded images and generated outputs to provide the requested virtual try-on and fashion image generation features. The service is not intended to identify individuals from uploaded images.
If you upload an identifiable person, you are responsible for having the required rights, notices and consents from that person before using the service.
Processors and Recipients
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, AI model processing, analytics, email, customer support, security and error monitoring. These providers process data only for the service purposes described in this notice.
International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism under GDPR.
Retention
- Account and billing records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal retention duties.
- Uploaded images and AI outputs are stored while they are needed for the workspace, generation history, support, security and account features, unless deleted earlier by the user or under a valid deletion request.
- Security and technical logs are kept for a limited period needed to protect the service, investigate incidents and prevent abuse.
Your Rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
