Data Processing Addendum

If you are a business customer and upload personal data to Vtry AI on behalf of your own customers, employees, models, contractors or other individuals, you may need a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.

Depending on the use case, you may act as controller for uploaded person images and related personal data, while Vtry AI may act as processor when processing that data only to provide the service. Some processing, such as account administration, billing, security and legal compliance, may be performed by Vtry AI as controller.

Vtry AI may use subprocessors for hosting, storage, AI model processing, payment processing, authentication, email, analytics, support, security and error monitoring. Customers that require a DPA can request current subprocessor information by email.
