Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless your account is terminated for breach, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once credits have been allocated, used, or once AI-generated outputs have been created or made available.

If a reproducible technical issue attributable to Vtry AI prevents generation, deducts credits without producing an output, or prevents access to paid features, we may restore affected credits, provide replacement credits or issue a refund for the affected portion of the service.

Refunds or credits are not provided for poor input quality, unsupported image types, safety rejections, user error, local browser or network issues, duplicate accounts, coupon or referral abuse, chargebacks submitted without first contacting support, or violations of the Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may have statutory withdrawal rights. Those rights may expire once you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service or digital content and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right when performance begins or digital content is provided, as permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
