Withdrawal Information and Form

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA and enter into a distance contract with Vtry AI, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.

For digital services and digital content, the withdrawal right may expire before the end of the 14-day period if you expressly request immediate performance or immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right when performance begins or the content is provided, as permitted by applicable law.

To exercise a withdrawal right, send a clear statement to [email protected]. Please include your account email, order or invoice number, plan name and the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

If a valid withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments received for the affected contract as required by law. If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already provided, where permitted by law.
